Estate liquidation

We offer complete estate sale liquation services where we research prices and conduct the sales, providing accounting and settlement in a week following the date of the sale.

Commissions are based on the estate gross.
For estate are under 15,000, there is a 50/50 split.

Commissions for estate grossing over 15,000, at 35%/ 65, with the client receiving 65%

Clean-up fees typically run from 100.00 to 150.00 per hour, and actual disposal fees and truck rental. The estate decides whether to have us handle the clean-up or make other arrangements.
